Q: Where is your location

Q: If I’d never ridden a horse before, would this be ok?
A: No worries. Our riding team will take care of you and give you a brief on how to ride the horse before riding. And they will lead the horse by rope all along the way.

Q: How can I evaluate the level of experience
A: This is choice for level of experience
Level 1: 1-3 times
Level 2: 3-10 times
Level 3: 10-25 times
Level 4: 25-50 times
Level 5: 50-100 times
Level 6: 100-300 times
Level 7: 300-1,000 times
Level 8: +1,000 times and have competed
Level 9: Professional
Level 10: Champions in their field.

Q: Do I need to book in advance?
A: Yes, all booking is requested an advance reservation to prepare the most suitable horse for each of rider.

Q: What clothes do I need to bring for riding?
A: Please wear long pants and sneakers if you would like to canter on the beach. Additionally, we provide helmet and safety jacket services in case you require them.
Would you like to ride into the sea? If so, please bring change of clothes.

Q: What happens if we get some rainstorm?
A: You can amend the riding date, anyway our field team is always looking the weather in the area and notice few hours advance.

Q: How many people are in the group?
A: A group lesson is for 3-5 riders, while a private lesson for 1-2 riders.

Q: Are there any age restrictions? Can a small kid ride?
A: Kids can also enjoy a horseback walk. We have ponies, small horses, and professional-level horses. For very small kids, they can ride with their parents on the same horse. There is an additional 30% charge for this option.

Q: Do you accept credit card?
A: Yes, we do accept credit cards (Visa, Master, JCB) through a payment link.
